**Working 1 on 1 is one of the most effective ways to facilitate the benefits of practice.** 

Like with any practice, without a clear understanding and correct application of your efforts, the potential benefits are obstructed and delayed or even negative effects may occur.

Private sessions provide customized instructions, motivation, ongoing feedback, hence facilitating a sustainable effective practice.
